I was offered a complimentary noodles tasting. All opinions are my own.

Since my recent Noodles & Company visit in September, I have enjoyed several trips to the Novi restaurant now & then during some work days. I was very happy to learn about the newest restaurant opening in Macomb because that just means we all have more healthy options as we all travel between Metro Detroit towns.

I enjoyed some regular stand-by favorites, like the tangy Korean Gochujang BBQ meatballs & comforting cheesy garlic bread.

With the second course of salad, I remembered the guests fall favorite salads of the Chicken Veracruz & the Napa Market Salad with Chicken. What I had forgotten about though (& loved) is that these salads make you forget that you are eating a mere salad. They are very filling and flavorful & are well-drizzled in dressing (which I love because I like the texture & flavoring of a lot of salad dressing)

(By the way, just check out the shapes & textures of the real real corn & avocado veggies!) (the fresh juice from the lime adds a fun kick, too.)

This visit I think I was in a different food mood than my Novi visit where I kind of preferred the Italian bowls. I had a larger sampling at the Macomb tasting of the Japanese Pan Noodles & I loved how thick & flavorful they were. You can see how unique they are in the front bowl. I also liked the fresh sprouts & crunchy sesame seeds.

The last round but certainly not least was the new-for-winter Macaroni & Cheese line. I seriously can NOT pick a favorite of these 3 bowls. Buffalo Chicken, BBQ Pulled Pork, & Bacon Mac & Cheeseburger. They are all favorite meals of mine on their own, but it is even so much BETTER with the classic mac & cheese.

The best part of all of this is that I know the meals are clean & fresh. It is starkly obvious that these meals were not brought to me from a box or can or microwave.
